Shipping and delivery

Product shipments and deliveries can be made all over the world.
 
Caffè Borghi will ship the purchased products exclusively to the destination specified in each individual order. Shipments destined for post office boxes are not accepted.

Caffè Borghi will ship the products ordered by the Customer, by courier, to the address indicated by the same, approximately within 2 working days from the acceptance of the order.

Italy
Delivery generally takes place within 2 working days of shipment. The times indicated for the receipt of the goods are indicative.

Shipping costs, of EUR 6.90 throughout Italy (EUR 5.66 + VAT) for orders of less than € 30, are invoiced on the basis of the rates indicated on the site on the date the order was sent.

Shipping is free for orders starting at EUR 30.00.

The cost of the cash on delivery is EUR 4.00 (EUR 3.28 + VAT).
 
Europe
Delivery generally takes place within 2-4 working days of shipment. The times indicated for the receipt of the goods are indicative.

Shipping costs are invoiced based on the rates indicated on the site on the date the order was sent, according to the following table.

Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden.

EUR 30,00 (EUR 24,598 + VAT)
Cyprus, Croatia, Malta, Norway.

Shipping is free for orders starting at EUR 100.00.


The recipient of the goods is responsible for paying the taxes and customs duties provided for by the legislation in force in the territory of destination of the products.

Rest of the world

Quotation on request, the recipient of the goods is responsible for paying the taxes and customs duties provided for by the legislation in force in the territory of destination of the products.

The courier is responsible for the delivery. Caffè Borghi undertakes to collect any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of the products and to assist the Customer in protecting their rights as required by law.
